We purchase seasonal fresh fish from Toyosu Market every day. We also want to collect ``Mottainai'', which is the name of our store, and let our customers know their value...! For example, a crab... one of its legs is broken... or a fish on a trawler has some of its scales peeled off from the bottom of the net... it hit the ice too much and its color turns white. We collect the ``mottainai'' that is difficult to find a buyer and eat it at a low price while still being delicious that day!
