Our signature octopus shabu is made by slicing fresh raw octopus so thin that it's transparent. When you quickly soak it in hot water, the outside will have a springy and crunchy texture, while the inside will have the soft texture and sweetness of fresh raw octopus.The more you chew, the more the flavor will spread in your mouth.

We prepare banquet courses with the delicious flavors of our restaurant in [Plum, Bamboo, and Pine], prepared in-house using seasonal fish that we purchase every day! We also have special courses available only for after-party and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so you'll be satisfied no matter what the occasion.★Specially delicious grilled mackerel, grilled Nichinan chicken from Miyazaki, tuna skewers, domestic Wagyu motsu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), and more.
