Enki's Steak uses only the parts suitable for tender Steak (only 40% of the whole Steak is used). The best Junmai Daiginjo sake is derived from the technique of making only the delicious parts of shaved rice. Enki's Steak are served in 100g portions without unnecessary parts such as sinew or oil.
