At Ryugin, we communicate with 8 markets across the country early in the morning every day, and purchase fish from each market that is in the best condition according to the natural environment of the day, whether it's a snowy day or a typhoon. Because it is a natural material, if you repeat the same thing every day, it will make the difference between good times and bad times. Therefore, the best of the day is the best of that day only... This is our belief. Please note that we do not use any scientific seasonings in any of our dishes.

ServiceRyugin souvenirs
We sell souvenirs at the store. The famous "Roppongi pudding" sells out quickly, so if you would like to purchase a large quantity, please make a reservation in advance. We also have ``Tsukudani furikake'' with Japanese pepper that goes well with rice, and Ryugin's ``Fugu ponzu sauce'' prepared to go with ``natural blowfish.'' We also accept purchases of souvenirs at the store without meals.
“Spring” is all about wild vegetables and shellfish. “Summer” is all about sweetfish and conger eel. “Autumn” is about matsutake mushrooms. “Winter” is about blowfish and Matsuba crab.
