【M_Mugen】 offers "Japanese-style Chinese cuisine," which combines the boldness of Chinese cooking with the delicacy unique to Japanese culture. Chef Tatsuhito Uchida entered the world of Chinese cuisine at the age of 15 and honed his skills at the renowned restaurant "Chongqing Restaurant" in Yokohama's Chinatown. At 22, he traveled to China, where he further developed his craft at "Shanghai Galaxy Hotel" and "Shanghai Zhongyou Grand Hotel." At 24, he opened his own restaurant and has since won first place three times in the Chinese cuisine category at the Shanghai Restaurant Awards.
