Food Lamb meat carefully selected for "shabu shabu"
Our specialty lamb meat is made from New Zealand lambs aged 4 to 8 months old, raised only on pasture, without the use of any compound feed, meat and bone meal, or growth hormones. The meat is flash-frozen in rolls at the highest level of freshness and is extremely juicy, with the original flavor of the lamb completely locked in. Also, by slicing it thinly, you can enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture that is unique to our store.

Hokkaido Wagyu beef with assorted vegetables, two red snow crabs for shabu shabu, assorted tempura of the day, nigiri of the day, and dessert. *Specially selected lamb and pork sets are also available (various 8,000 yen including tax) *Today's tempura platter and today's nigiri will vary depending on purchasing status.

Our restaurant uses a unique route to directly ship ingredients from our hometown, Hokkaido, which is said to be a ``treasure trove of delicious ingredients.'' One of them is Seafood. We deliver authentic flavors such as "red snow crab" caught in Hokkaido and "shishamo" that can only be caught in Mukawa Town.
