Falling in love with its ``delicious lean meat'' and ``natural meat quality,'' our restaurant offers ``Omi beef,'' one of Japan's three major Japanese beef types. Because we have our own unique route, we are able to handle rare branded cattle with only a small number of cattle. Adopting traditional breeding methods, the animals are fed water drawn from underground water from the Suzuka Mountains, and the animals are fed with "fired bait" made from straw. By doing so, the lean meat becomes firmer and the marbling becomes more natural. Please enjoy to your heart's content the taste that Japan is proud of.
