Known as a high-quality fish, the standard size of ``Nodoguro'' is around 200g, but at our restaurant we are particular about offering large, meaty Nodoguro that weighs over 400g. It's delicious boiled, but I recommend grilling it with salt. You can taste the deliciousness of the meat while enjoying the succulent, juicy fat when you put your chopsticks into it, which is only possible with the highest quality, thickest Nodoguro fish weighing over 400g.

Carefully selected ingredients purchased daily from Toyosu Market. At Hako-un, which is prepared for losses, we offer seasonal items each day at a fixed price, rather than the market price. Only the surface of the finest sea urchin is grilled in front of your eyes, and you can enjoy the whole box as it is. Please enjoy the outstanding sweetness and melt-in-the-mouth texture. We recommend a small box for 2 people and a large box for 4 people.
