This is a masterpiece that you should try at least once! Koshihikari rice delivered directly from the farm is mixed with a rich truffle-scented egg yolk, topped with fluffy meringue-topped egg whites, and truffles are added as an accent. We are particular about how we eat our food, so please ask our staff to explain this to you when you visit.
