Food [Reviving the deliciousness of “Tokyo Shamo”]
During the Edo period, Shamonabe was a favorite food of Edokko. Times have changed, and the Edo Shamo, which disappeared, has been brought back to life as Tokyo Shamo. In 1981, the former Tokyo Metropolitan Livestock Experiment Station (currently the Tokyo Metropolitan Agriculture and Forestry Research Center) revived the traditional taste. It is recognized for its excellent quality as a Tokyo regional specialty certified food. Please enjoy the flavor and richness nurtured by the nature of Tama.

All of the hot pot and chicken dishes, including the Tokyo Shamo, have a very Japanese taste, yet are creatively innovated. You can also enjoy the menu supervised by Italian cuisine expert Setsuko Oshima. ``Shamo Shabu Hot Pot'' is an original hot pot that shabu shabu Shamo Shabu in collagen soup!

We have added the highest quality draft beer ``The Premium Malts Master's Dream'' to our carefully selected sake and shochu. You can enjoy "Dassai" sparkling, which is popular among women, in a 180mL bottle + Dassai glass.
Drink[Maximum satisfaction with luxury highball]
A highball made with "Hakushu" and super carbonated water is served in a vacuum titanium cup. Since it stays cold forever, the amount is 1.5 times the normal amount. You can enjoy the taste of Hakushu to the last drop.
