[Ozaki Beef], which is said to be a myth, is Kuroge Wagyu beef that Mr. Muneharu Ozaki spent 35 years creating from his predecessor. They are raised using a unique method of using home-mixed feed, delicious natural water, and long-term aging while still alive. It is characterized by its soft and flavorful red meat, and its low melting point and fat that melts easily in your mouth. Rare internal organs are available on a limited menu. We also have corned beef where you can enjoy the fat of Ozaki beef. Our restaurant has obtained permission to process and prepare meat for raw consumption, so you can enjoy Ozaki beef not only grilled, but also raw, such as yukhoe, Sushi, and meat sushi!

The head chef personally cuts the chunks of Ozaki beef sirloin by hand, and the griller grills it to perfection. What's more, it's blissful when you eat it with egg-cooked rice made with Tsuyahime from Yamagata Prefecture! We are particular about the seasonality, freshness, and origin of the ingredients we use at our restaurant.
