Born in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Trained in Italy from 1993 to 1998, including "Antica Osteria Delponte" ☆☆☆ and "DonAlfonso1890" ☆☆☆. After returning to Japan, he served as the executive chef at restaurants such as Zushi Marina, and then became Italian Cuisine executive chef at Ore Co., Ltd.
