We use only the highest quality horse meat directly delivered from our partner farms in Kumamoto. We thoroughly check the safety on-site and only provide horse meat that can be safely eaten raw. In addition to horse sashimi, you can also enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) such as short ribs, loin, and skirt steak. In addition, please enjoy Horse Meat Dishes such as sakura nabe and nigiri, which are only possible at a horse meat specialty restaurant.
