Others "From Ginza to the world"
The Ginza main store opened in April 2013, and the Hawaii store opened in November. In 2014, he went to Paris and Hong Kong. In 2015, it opened in New York, London, Beverly Hills, and Shanghai. In order to deliver Sushi, which is a traditional Japanese culture, to customers overseas, we have produced overseas chefs who have received training at our Ginza main store, and like our Ginza main store, we use carefully selected Japanese ingredients at our overseas restaurant. . It has attracted attention from overseas media, and the NY store received its first star just six months after opening.

Every day, we purchase carefully selected materials from all over the country, mainly from Tsukiji Market and Sapporo Market. In particular, we are particular about using raw bluefin tuna from waters near Japan.
