Food Recommended by the owner! Basque Local Cuisine “Pil Pil”
Pil-pil is Local Cuisine from the Basque region that uses bacalao (dried cod). Add sliced garlic and chili peppers to the olive oil, and let the flavor of the ingredients dissolve into the oil over time without boiling. In addition to the dried cod meat, which is packed with umami, the dried cod and olive oil are literally combined to create a unique sauce that is delicious! This sauce alone is so delicious that you could easily eat baguette.

Txakoli is a traditional wine from the Basque region. This wine is slightly sparkling, extremely dry, has strong acidity, and has a low alcohol content. It is mainly cultivated and produced in the Basque Country, Navarra, Cantabria, and northern Burgos provinces in northern Spain, with a small amount also produced in Chile. In order to make the taste mellower, in the home country, the drink is poured into a uniquely shaped, wide-bore glass from a high position, and the drink is made to bubble.
