ChefMr. Shinichi Takada (Takada Shinichi) - Delicious and impressive Italian cuisine
Born in Tokyo in 1973. After graduating from vocational school, he began his career in cooking at the age of 21. Traveled to Tuscany, Italy via Takadanobaba's ``Il Castello'' and Roppongi's ``La Palette.'' I chose Tuscany to train because I love Sangiovese. He trained for about two and a half years at a local Restaurants with a strong local flavor, gaining a first-hand feel of the Italian atmosphere and culture. After returning to Japan, he became independent and opened "TRATTORIA GANZO" in 2012.
