銀座三丁目近く、こつぜんと現れた、平家作りのラーメン屋さん。 ゲンコツともみじを超強火で炊き上げた至極のスープと小麦の殻を一緒に練りこんだ小麦本来の風味を最大限に引き出した弾力のある麺！ごろごろとしたチャーシューとボリューム満点の野菜！黒酢と山椒などテーブルに置いてありますので、お好みで楽しめるのもまた楽しみの一つ。 店内広々としていて、ロッジのような優しい雰囲気なので女性も一人で気軽に入れます。
