ChefShinji Harada - Supreme Italian Cuisine to be enjoyed with all five senses
Born in Tochigi Prefecture in 1969. While in high school, he realized the fun of cooking when he got a part-time job at a restaurant. He went on to Hattori Nutrition College and entered Roppongi "Zino". He studied under Chef Hiroshi Satake for five years and deepened his own insight. In recognition of his abilities, he served as a chef at the second restaurant for four years. In 1998, he became independent at "Aroma Fresca" and has demonstrated his skills not only as a chef but also as a manager who currently handles two restaurant.
