ChefMr. Hitomi Naki (Minoru Nakijin) - 30 years of experience French cuisine
Born in Osaka Prefecture. At Ramony de la Lumière in Gifu Prefecture, he met chef Yukihiko Yamamura, whom he still respects, and learned many of the wonders of French cuisine before moving to Tokyo. After about 10 years of training at restaurants such as Ginza ``Lekan'', he moved to France in 1998. After spending about two and a half years studying at restaurants such as Hotel des Pyrénées and La Bastide Saint-Antoine, he worked as a chef at La Breeze de Vallee for five years after returning to Japan. In the summer of 2008, we opened our store in Ginza.

The store's name, "l'odrante," is a coined word that means "fragrance." It is filled with the essence of cooking, with the hope that you can enjoy the sophisticated aroma, taste, time, and space with all five senses. The ``Gem selection Course,'' which arranges seasonal ingredients in French cuisine style, offers a variety of classic French cuisine that respect tradition while also reflecting the four seasons. Enjoy to your heart's content a ``Japanese'' dish created by reliable techniques and innovative ideas while being surrounded by a fragrant aroma.
