We carefully select Japanese Black Beef from all over Japan and offer it in two ways: Teppanyaki and moromi amai-yaki. Teppanyaki is done with raw soy sauce delivered straight from the factory, while moromi amai-yaki is done by dipping both sides of the meat in aged moromi before the soy sauce is squeezed out.

Mann's Wine "Solaris" is a high-quality domestic wine made at a winery in Komoro, Nagano Prefecture. The concept of Solaris is to produce wine made from Japanese grapes that rivals the world's best wines. The Solaris series wines are made from high-quality grapes, such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Nagano Prefecture, and Muscat Bailey A from Yamanashi Prefecture, which are harvested under strict yield standards in each suitable cultivation area. Please enjoy this taste that Japan is proud of.
