Located in Ginza 3-chome, Restaurants is a distinctive house inspired by the blue and white of the Mediterranean Sea. Each floor of the four-story space has a different atmosphere, and the interior, with its white walls and woody furnishings, brings a sense of openness. Various types of seating are available, making it an ideal place for anniversaries, after-work gatherings with your regular friends, and casual enjoyment with your family or children. Each floor reserved can also be used for 10 to 50 people.

We commissioned an authentic Italian craftsman to build a wood-fired kiln. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven at a temperature of 500 degrees Celsius, making it fragrant and chewy. We are also particular about the water used to make the dough. We use alkaline water that matches the hardness of water in southern Italy. You can also enjoy pizza made by a professional pizza chef. The most popular pizza is the classic Margherita.

We offer a variety of cooking methods using ingredients that match the four seasons, such as our standard and popular menus, raw sea urchin pasta, truffle pizza, original white fish and raw whitebait pizza. Please enjoy together with a glass or bottle of wine.
