創業60余年の老舗洋食として手作りをモットーに、昔ながらの銀座の味を守り続けております。
学生さんから家族連れ、経済人・映画スターまで幅広くお客さんに支持を得ました。その中で常連でした巨人軍の『千葉 茂 氏』の「カレーにカツをのせてくれ」の一言で、名物の『カツカレー』が昭和23年に誕生しました。当時としてはびっくりしたメニューもあっと言う間に全国的に広がり、当店の人気メニュー『千葉さんのカツレツカレー』（通称チバカツ）として親しまれています。
