Food Local eggs from Nikko
The most important thing in making delicious Baumkuchen is the egg, which makes up about 30% of the dough. We chose local eggs from Nikko, a region rich in nature, not only for their freshness and taste, but also for the moisture content and stability of their white flesh.
Food calpis butter
The rich flavor is created by Calpis Co., Ltd. butter. It is a rare product that is made through a careful process using only milk fat obtained from high-quality, fresh milk, and one package is made from 40 bottles of Calpis. It is truly the king of butter. In addition, we use fermented butter from Calpis Co., Ltd. for Rock Baum.
