18th floor of Hotel Concorde Hamamatsu. One of the great attractions of our restaurant is that you can enjoy eel dishes with a panoramic view from 60 meters above the ground. In addition to Hamamatsu Castle, the convenient location is adjacent to the Taiga Drama Museum, where you can experience the world of the 2023 Taiga drama, making it ideal for sightseeing. There are 200 flat parking spaces on the premises, and we also offer special discounts, so if you live in the area, please feel free to come and use it on a daily basis.

We use Lake Hamana eel, which is thicker and has more fat than usual. The eel is grilled to perfection so that it's fragrant on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the sauce, inherited from Hotel Kokonoe's recipe, brings out the flavor of the eel even more. The sweet and rich sauce goes perfectly with Hamamatsu Koshihikari, and the harmony with the eel fat and the aroma of liver soup is also exceptional. Domestic sansho peppers are ground by the customer themselves so that they can experience the refreshing aroma of freshly ground pepper.

It is also said that Hamamatsu's ingredients supported the success of Tokugawa Ieyasu, who lived in Hamamatsu for 17 years.
