Food Enshu Sea Natural Tiger Fugu Dishes
Enshu Sea natural tiger blowfish cuisine from October to March. Using natural tiger puffer fish from our fish tank, we offer courses and single items such as Tessa, hot pot, grilled fish, fried chicken, grilled Shirako, and rice porridge.
Food Lake Hamana Eel Course/Lake Hamana Eel Kaiseki
Live eels that are kept alive in a fish tank are used. Unagi Usukuri/Ure shabu shabu ・・・ A full course of grilled white eel, steamed eel, eel Vinegared dish, and eels in a bowl. We also offer an eel kaiseki course that includes unagi (thinly sliced eels), eels shabu shabu ・・・ eels in a bowl and other dishes.
Food Hamana Lake soft-soft-shelled turtle course (popular)
Because the soft-shelled soft-shelled turtle from Lake Hamana are naturally farmed (by hibernating), the taste is of the highest quality. We have a full menu of raw blood, tanno sake, liver sashimi, steamed red radish, fried chicken, hot pot, rice porridge, and fruit. Of course, we keep them fresh at our restaurant, and we will cut and cook them on the day. We also offer Dobinmushi (1,500 yen) as an a la carte dish.
