Food “Authentic” Hamamatsu Gyoza / Dumpling (Enyaki) made with local ingredients from Enshu
We are particular about local Enshu ingredients and handmade products, and our craftsmen wrap each piece with care every day, finishing it crisply on a large two-centimeter-thick iron plate. In order to preserve the crunchiness of the vegetables, we only make the amount that will be served at the store each day, and never use frozen Gyoza / Dumpling. The final deciding factor in the taste is the taste that only the artisans at Hamachuri (our own factory and meat wholesaler) can bring to the table.

Hamamatsu is the birthplace of many large companies, and is now also known as the city of success. Enshu people have long had a spirit called ``Yara Maika'', which means ``Let's do it'' in the Enshu dialect. Enshu has cultivated a culture that considers starting something as a virtue, giving rise to a variety of cultures and being overflowing with hot power. Goroyaki is Enshu's dream pork that is grilled all at once on a thick iron plate to lock in the flavor. Hamamatsu Hormone from Shizuoka Prefecture is freshly ground in the morning. ``Mikatahara Potato Butter'' is made using Mikatahara potatoes, which are said to be the best in Japan. Enshu style ``katsuo sashimi'' is cut into thick pieces. ``Raw shirasu sashimi'' is processed to maintain its freshness on the boat as soon as it is caught. Other, there are plenty of Enshu cuisine, including nostalgic dishes and extremely fresh vegetables.

Pork from Enshu, ``Enshu no Yume no Yume Pork.'' The ``cabbage'' was purchased from Mr. Koyuki of Koyoshi Farm in Mikatahara, Hamamatsu City, which grows over 20 types of vegetables. Mikatahara Jaga is the best potato in Japan that grows in red soil. Maisaka fishing port. Enshu's rich sea blessings, ``Katsuo'' and ``Raw Whitebait''. And then there's the local specialty, "Lake Hamana eel." Not only the food but also the ingredients are from Enshu itself!
