Chef30 years of experience Japanese-style meal
At the age of 29, he was appointed head chef and was entrusted with other positions such as branch chefs at Japanese restaurants, state Ryokan. He has had numerous appearances in the media. In preparation for opening his business, he moved from Tokyo to Shizuoka, where he began to face the Shizuoka ingredients he had fallen in love with.
Food Carefully selected ingredients (eel, Echizen crab)
Shizuoka eel is slowly grilled over charcoal. We also offer homemade sauces seasoned to allow you to enjoy the natural flavor of the eel without any odor. An exquisite dish recommended by the head chef that you must try at least once. Echizen crab will be purchased directly from Echizen in Fukui Prefecture starting in November when the fishing season opens. As a rare restaurant in Shizuoka where you can enjoy female Seiko crab, it is loved by Echizen fans. Of course, we can also prepare Echizen crab, the king of crabs, so please feel free to contact us.
