昔ながらの味のある麺、もちもち感とコシが同居しています。
昼は出雲うどんのうどん屋さんです。 店主の気まぐれメニューもあります。 自宅の畑で収穫した野菜などを使ったランチは要予約（コーヒー付1200円）２名様以上 店内は大きなお座敷です。（椅子席もあります） お子様が騒いで困るというお客様には別室もあります。 夜は、お任せ完全予約でおひとり様2500円～ですが、ドリンクは持ち込み制です。
