2 minutes walk from the west exit of Maibara Station. We offer stylish sushi and a la carte dishes with carefully selected ingredients from all over the country.
For over 50 years since our predecessor started a sushi restaurant in Maibara, we have been ordering ingredients from as far north as Hokkaido and as far south as Kyushu. We go to the market every day
... to purchase only the best ingredients. The ingredients change depending on the season, and we offer the fish that is in season at that time.
