Mitsuki Fukumura (37), originally from Okinawa and working as a restaurant worker, worked at a creative Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) restaurant for less than 10 years before deciding to move to Shiga Prefecture during the coronavirus period. This is my first time working at a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, so I'm learning about meat and internal organ hormones every day!
