You can enjoy Shiga Prefecture's finest Omi Beef, which has a deep history as one of Japan's three major Wagyu beef brands. We offer certified Omi beef with A4 rank or higher, which we have purchased through our own unique route. It is an exquisite dish with fine-grained meat that is soft to the touch and has a melt-in-your-mouth flavor that fills your mouth. In addition to our ``Tsuyu-shabu'', which you can enjoy using our secret soup stock, please also try our newly added Yakiniku (Grilled meat) course.

For our proud soup shabu, we carefully select "Omi Sangenton" and "Baumkuchen pork" grown on famous confectionery shops Baumkuchen. By slicing it into 0.8mm thin slices, the excess fat melts away in the hot water, allowing the original flavor of the material to stand out even more. We also offer a special five-tiered soup made with dashi that is unique to Japanese Cuisine, as well as domestically grown white onions and fragrant homemade yuzu chili peppers. Please enjoy the trinity of meat, soup stock, and condiments to your heart's content.
