Our specialty is ``Charcoal grilled Omi chicken''. Omi chicken, which was raised by the nature of Lake Country, is a brand-name chicken that has been raised free-range and without the use of antibiotics, resulting in a moderate texture and deep flavor. We hand-make each item in our shop every day and carefully grill each item using only natural Bincho charcoal. Mild ``Brazilian rock salt'' and a ``secret sauce'' that has been passed down over many years are used to season the meat to bring out the charm of each part.
