A blissful course of 6 dishes made with luxuriously selected Japanese tiger blowfish. The ``3 types of skin shabu'' is exquisite. It will cost 6,500 yen including tax, including side dish, tessa, skin shabu, fried blowfish, tecchiri, and rice porridge. You can also order charcoal-grilled tiger blowfish milt.

In the summer, replenish your stamina with natural soft-shelled turtle from Lake Biwa! Fresh soft-shelled turtle turtle blood cocktail, sashimi, fried soft-soft-shelled turtle, soft-shelled turtle shelled turtle liver shabu, soft-shelled turtle hotpot, and rice porridge to finish.
