Our restaurant uses carefully selected domestic ingredients for all of our beef, pork, vegetables, and fish. For [Wagyu beef], we select the best quality Wagyu beef regardless of the place of origin. For [Pork], we focus on the quality of the meat, focusing on breeds that are raised in a special way that makes the most of the characteristics of the region. For [Vegetables], we partner with a "vegetable sommelier" and value the "seasons" of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. For [Fresh fish], our head chef purchases them at the market every morning and cooks them with an emphasis on freshness. The restaurant has a wide table with private rooms as the main focus. The fully private room (with TV and private toilet) that can accommodate up to 8 people can be used as a place for entertaining or meetings. There are also private rooms for up to 16 people in the banquet room. Please use them for banquets, parties, etc. In addition to "Beef shabu shabu" and "Pork shabu shabu", we also offer "Sukiyaki", and depending on the season, "Fugu" and "Matsutake".
