The owner-chef has been involved in the launch of numerous restaurant and served as head chef for over 20 years. He serves dishes that "defy expectations" in a good way, based on traditional Italian Cuisine cuisine and incorporating free-spirited ideas and a playful spirit. He is extremely particular about his ingredients, using vegetables sourced from Eco Farm Asano, a favorite of top chefs both in Japan and abroad. Fish are sourced directly from Kanazawa Fishing Port, from Noto and Nanao. Enjoy seasonal dishes made with high-quality ingredients and skilled chefs.

We recommend the course menu for first-time visitors. The chef's selection course, using seasonal ingredients, allows you to feel the change of the seasons. We will also consider ingredients you do not like and allergies, and will provide a menu tailored to your needs, so please feel free to consult with us. We especially recommend the "Centro Course," which allows you to enjoy two main dishes, Meat Dishes and a fish dish. We also offer the "Corto Course," which offers smaller portions for a more casual dining experience.

Qui has a homey atmosphere with the warmth of wood. The restaurant has an open, glass-walled interior with 15 seats at a spacious, deep U-shaped counter. Please relax and enjoy watching the cooking process and chatting with the chef. It is recommended not only for entertaining important people for business dinners and business meetings, or for special occasions such as dates and anniversaries, but also as a second stop to enjoy drinks. ChefThe owner-chef has trained in various parts of Tokyo
At the age of 20, he became sous chef at Trattoria Giardinetto (Kita-Aoyama). At the age of 23, he became executive chef at Italian Cuisine dining restaurant Grip (Ikebukuro). He then trained at Kougai Sakurasendo (Jingumae). He served as head chef at Ristorante Roggi (Shiodome) for four years. After serving as sous chef at Restaurants Veronica (Roppongi), he worked at Ristorante Il Desiderio (Gaienmae) and Taverna Nakanaka (Akabane), before opening Qui in Kuki, Saitama in 2016.
