「手打蕎麦ぐらの」は石臼碾自家製粉 手打そばのお店です。
地元の埼玉・三芳町をはじめ、北海道、福井の農家さんが丹精込めて育てたソバ。そのソバを石臼で時間をかけてじっくりと毎日、自家製粉。
フレッシュで甘みのある蕎麦をお楽しみ下さい。
店内は国産木材をふんだんに使った山小屋に居るような雰囲気。
空気も新鮮に感じられます。
そんな空間でゆっくりと、日本酒、鴨焼き、だし巻玉子、天ぷら等々をご堪能下さい。そして、〆は蕎麦。二八そば、十割そば、田舎そば。個性の違う３種類
