Our eel dishes use fresh domestic eel purchased from the market every morning. ``Unagiju'' is a masterpiece made by carefully handling and grilling each eel one by one by our craftsmen, and using luxurious Koshihikari rice from Uonuma. In addition, soft-shelled turtle dishes are available by reservation only, except in July and August.
