Our restaurant offers carefully selected ingredients grilled in an irori hearth. A net is placed over the charcoal, so you can light the fire yourself. A number of ingredients are smoked to bring out their flavor. Among the most popular are the domestic Japanese black beef Steak and Cow tongue Steak, which has a variety of textures from the tongue to the tip. We also recommend the tuna throat meat, which is available only once per fish.
