All of our meat is aged Wagyu beef. Carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef is aged for around 40 days in a dry aging warehouse controlled at a temperature of 0℃ to 4℃ and humidity of 80%. It is characterized by the concentrated flavor of the meat and its extremely soft texture. We don't have a fixed brand and purchase whole animals in good condition.We have 4 types of tongue, including thick-sliced tongue, specially selected tongue, green onion tongue, and salted tongue. Please enjoy aged meat made from rare parts that are not normally available.
