We offer a Kaiseki course that is perfect for a celebration, where you can enjoy the gorgeous sashimi of sea bream. The extremely fresh sashimi is sent directly from fishermen in Kochi Prefecture. In addition to dishes made with plenty of carefully selected seasonal ingredients, we also offer taimeshi using sea bream kabuto to end the course, so you can enjoy every last bite. We can accommodate a variety of celebrations such as Shichi-Go-San, Okuizome, 60th birthday, and meet-and-greets, so please feel free to contact us.

He has trained at Kaiseki, Sushi, Fugu, soft-shelled turtle, Eel, Anglerfish, etc., Japanese Cuisine restaurants. He is always trying to cook dishes that value the taste of the ingredients.
