A restaurant specializing in charcoal-Yakiniku (Grilled meat) made with lean female beef. He served as executive chef of Satsuma Beef Kura Group for 7 years and as executive chef of Aging Beef Yakinik
...u (Grilled meat) for 9 years, opening in July 2021. We serve carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu female beef in a fresh state without ever freezing it, and after receiving your order, we cut it according to the part of the meat to bring out its maximum flavor. Please enjoy the true taste of the meat itself, which can only be achieved by knowing everything about Wagyu beef.
