All the beef used in our shop is Japanese black beef from Kyushu. The bright red-red meat is very tender and has a fine texture, and is characterized by its sweetness and richness. These high-quality meats are purchased in bulk by more than 40 restaurant of the group of [Seikaen], and various parts are available at reasonable prices.
