We offer a selection of seasonal seafood such as Yari-ika (squid) and Kawahagi (filefish) from Yukko, as well as vegetables and sake sourced from various regions across the country. We have Kumamoto's Battan eggplant, which can be eaten raw, and the extra-large jumbo asparagus from Mr. Fujii in Itoshima. We also feature Kumataro tomatoes from a contracted farm in Ogi, Saga Prefecture. Our sashimi is made with high-quality ingredients that are also used for sushi. We carefully select seafood from local waters to Hokkaido. Of course, we also have a selection of sake, including those chosen by a certified sake sommelier.
