Food Specialty yakitori using Akita prefecture's rare "Takagen Hinai chicken"
Our yakitori uses the rare "Takagen Hinai Jidori" chicken, which is known for its strong umami flavor, sweet and flavorful fat, and tender meat. This premium meat is rare in Kansai. The carefully prepared chicken is grilled individually using highly aromatic Kishu Bincho charcoal on a special grill table that we designed ourselves to achieve optimal cooking. In addition, to bring out the maximum flavor of the chicken, we order original salt from a salt artisan in Kochi Prefecture. It is a completely sun-dried salt that takes at least 3 months to produce.

At our restaurant, where our chefs with over 25 years of experience are demonstrating their skills, you can enjoy the ``Yakitori Omakase Course.'' We use ingredients purchased from producers with whom we have built relationships of trust, and the side menu changes daily. We prepare ``Takagen Hinai Jidori'' grilled over aromatic Kishu Bincho charcoal and delicious seasonal vegetables from all over the country, and serve them in carefully selected vessels. In winter, we also offer hot pots made with Japanese duck from Nara. In addition, liver pate and earthenware pot rice can be taken home.

We have a selection of carefully selected alcoholic beverages that you can enjoy together with your food. For sake, we have Saga's ``Nabeshima'' on the grand menu, and other delicious sake from all over the country. We also offer a variety of wines including bubbles, red, white, and orange. You can also order a glass of wine. The proprietress utilizes her qualifications as a sake brewer to help customers enjoy choosing alcoholic beverages to match their requests.

The interior of the restaurant is a space where you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Seating options include an 8-seat counter with a wooden theme, and table seating for 4 people. We also have private rooms where you can spend some private time without worrying about other people. We are a 15-minute walk from Yoshida Station on the Chuo Subway Line and Hanazono Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line, two stations within walking distance, so please come visit us and enjoy delicious food and drinks.
