Born in Kadoma City, Osaka Prefecture in 1975. After graduating from university, he worked at a law firm for a year, but could not give up on his dream and entered the world of cooking. After training at Japanese-style meal restaurant, he opened Shinkon in Hirakata, Osaka. After running the business for nine years, we moved to the Takatsuki/Kashida area in 2018 with the desire to ``invigorate local industry'' and to be closer to the wishes of producers. The many nutritious dishes that show respect for the ingredients grown by nature continue to surprise and delight visitors.

In keeping with the ``24 solar terms'', a seasonal calendar that divides the year into 24 equal parts, we offer a monthly `` selection Course'' that uses seasonal ingredients. Conversating with the soil and vegetables, we compose our dishes by adding high-quality freshly dug, freshly picked, and freshly picked ingredients to our menus. The interior of the restaurant is equipped with counter seats made from a single piece of Japanese horse chestnut, as well as table seats with designs on the ceiling.
