Iberian pigs raised on pasture roam freely in nature and eat acorns and grass, which are rich in nutrients. The Iberian pigs raised in this way contain various ingredients not found in other pigs, making them an attractive product from a nutritional standpoint as well as their taste.
Food Lobster with rich flavor
Prawns, spiny lobsters, and other shrimps caught in the waters around Japan are also wonderfully delicious! However, the rich flavor of lobster is so strong that it surpasses all of them. The crisp, light flavor and the rich flavor of the shrimp miso are exquisitely intertwined, and the rice absorbs all the flavors, making it the king of paella.
