"Senri Shabuchin Main Store" was founded in Senri Chuo, the center of Senri New Town. At that time, shabu shabu was a special luxury item that could be tasted at high-end restaurants in Kyoto and Osaka, but the "one-person hot pot" that could be eaten casually and inexpensively at the counter quickly spread word of mouth and quickly became popular! Nowadays, single-person shabu shabu are gradually increasing in Osaka, but our main store is the first restaurant in Osaka that established the single-person hotpot style.
