The chef, who continues to pursue ``honmamon'' while eating at numerous restaurants, presents dishes that create new values as ``creations'' while making full use of the ``basics of Japanese-style meal.'' Among the menus that change daily, the braised pork, made with a sauce added over 40 years, is one of our signature dishes that once you try it, you'll want to eat it again and again. The depth, flavor, and mellowness of the taste are completely different! With its rich depth and concentrated flavor, this is a product we are proud of and worthy of being on our signature menu.

The dynamic [Funemori], which can also be enjoyed as a course, is a luxurious dish that allows you to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients directly. The owner himself goes to the market first thing in the morning to buy the fish, and uses the day's seasonal fish, which he buys at a low price. The ingredients will change as new items arrive, so look forward to it when you visit! Another delicious dish is the grilled mackerel Sushi, which is made by putting the whole mackerel Sushi in a grill and grilling it. The performance of cooking right in front of your eyes is also exceptional. The main dish is mackerel, but we also offer salmon and mackerel depending on the season.

[Miwazakura] is a sake brewery located in Miwa-cho, Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which is blessed with clear air and pure water, and the brewery handles everything from rice cultivation to production. Even though it's Hirohiro, Osaka, we are the only place where you can drink Miwazakura...? It's such a precious cup. Such [Miwazakura] has an exquisite balance of taste and aroma, especially the aroma is very good, and all varieties such as Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai, and Karakuchi Honjozo bring out the flavor of the sake rice to the fullest.
