We have prepared “crab” exclusively for Hanare. Enjoy crab flavors that are different from live blowfish, such as crab miso, crab sashimi, crab sukiyaki, and crab chili.

You can also enjoy the popular ``Yakifugu'' at our main store. Fresh blowfish is fragrantly grilled on a charcoal grill, and you can choose how to eat it from three flavors: salt, moromi soy sauce, and ponzu sauce. We offer a delicious taste of blowfish that is different from hot pot.
Space[Completely private room] We offer sunken kotatsu and table seats.
Private rooms have tables and sunken kotatsu seats that can accommodate up to 4 or 6 people. It is also possible to connect two tables together by removing the partition. It is a relaxing and calm space, so please use it according to the occasion.

Because we have inherited the techniques of Fugu Kiyoshi Honten, we only use live blowfish at Hanare. Mainly from Kyushu, the home of tiger blowfish, we only purchase large blowfish, so you can enjoy delicious and filling blowfish any time you eat it. Please try the blowfish unique to Hanare, which is different from the main store.
[Only large live pufferfish are used] Enjoy the summer delicacy "hamo" as well! All seats are completely private, so it's also recommended for banquets!
