The popular Ichiju Nansai lunch consists of a vegetable soup, seven side dishes made with various vegetables, meat, and fish, and a salad made with colorful vegetables. Plus, you can choose between home-made bread or brown rice, and it comes with homemade fruit vinegar for pre-dinner meals.
